It is not always necessary to do so. Some countries require city or area codes that may frequently change and are not listed here.
International Dialing Instructions:
1. Dial your country's IDD (International Direct Dialing) prefix.
2. Dial the destination Country Code and phone number (if known, add the city code prior to dialing the phone number).
